CCSF & SFPUC FY 23-24 Fiscal Year-End Notification 05/08/2024 The City and County of San Francisco is closing its fiscal year on June 30, 2024. Since the City uses a Modified Accrual method and the timeframe for year-end processing is very limited, we need our Suppliers’ full cooperation for accurate and complete reporting of SFPUC expenditures. The Controller’s Office has requested that we follow their fiscal year-end sequencing timeline by reserving the processing of transactions in the Financial and Procurement System (PeopleSoft) on specific dates for internal use only. In order to comply with this request, the SFPUC has established the following critical date (additional dates will follow): 06/03/24 – All Task Order, Change Order, and Request for Contract Action workflow requests must be fully approved in SOLIS so the IBF group can process them into a Purchase Order.
